My ITINTerms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the My ITIN mobile app and website (the "Service") provided by ORXON LLC ("ORXON", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What My ITIN is — and is not
My ITIN is a private ITIN application assistance service. We help you prepare and submit your application for an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).
- My ITIN is not the IRS and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Internal Revenue Service or the U.S. Government.
- Your ITIN is issued by the IRS. We do not issue ITINs and we cannot guarantee that the IRS will approve your application.
- Processing times depend on the IRS and are outside our control.
- We do not provide legal or tax advice. If you need such advice, consult a qualified professional.
2. Services and fees
We currently offer:
- Standard ITIN Application ($299) — application preparation, document review, Form W-7 preparation, submission assistance, status tracking and email support.
- Express ITIN Application ($399) — everything in Standard plus priority document review, priority processing by our team and priority support. Express priority applies to our team's work only; it does not speed up IRS processing.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars before you pay. You can complete your application for free; payment is due when you submit it for review and preparation, and is processed by our third-party payment provider. Any IRS fees or third-party costs, if applicable, will be disclosed before you incur them.
3. Refunds
If you are not satisfied or wish to cancel, contact us at myitin@orxon.co. We review refund requests based on the work already performed on your application and in accordance with applicable law.
4. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You may delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete Account).
5. Your responsibilities
- The information and documents you provide must be truthful, accurate, complete and your own (or those of a person you are authorized to act for).
- You confirm the accuracy of your application before submission. Providing false information to the IRS can have serious legal consequences.
- You will respond to our requests for additional or clearer documents in a timely manner.
- You will not misuse the Service, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with its operation.
6. Mailing of IRS correspondence
You may choose to have the IRS mail your ITIN notice (CP565) to your own U.S. mailing address or to our Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA) U.S. mailing address. If you choose our address, we will receive the notice on your behalf and make it available to you.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by ORXON LLC and protected by law. You may use the Service only for its intended purpose. You keep ownership of the information and documents you provide and grant us the rights needed to provide the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the IRS will issue an ITIN or act within any particular time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ORXON LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for delays or decisions by the IRS or other government agencies. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which ORXON LLC is organized and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
